- Specialty paper - Silver Glitter & Wine Red Glitter (Best Creations)
Ink - Going Gray, Real Red (Stampin' Up)
- Stamps - Text Style, Simple
- Valentine Stickers - Cherry, Black Tie (American Crafts)
- Ribbon - American Crafts
- Other - Prisma Glitter (Papertrey Ink), slit punch (Stampin' Up), folk heart punch (EK Success)

Instructions:
- Make 3 1/2" x 5" card from gray cardstock. Repeatedly stamp panel of white cardstock with text image in gray ink; adhere panel to card with Perma Tac.
- Adhere ribbon over white panel using Ribbon Adhesive.
- Punch hearts from red, silver, and white cardstock. Cover white heart with Adhesive Squares; cover with glitter and shake off excess. Adhere hearts to ribbon using Adhesive Squares.
- Add letters to card front. Stamp sentiment in red ink.
- Use the slit punch to create a scalloped border from the silver cardstock. Adhere behind the card front using Perma Tac.
