    You can purchase all of the GlueArts products online at http://www.gluearts.com or visit our Retail Locator page to find a retailer near you.
  2. Are the GlueGlider PRO® cartridges recyclable?
    Yes the plastic cartridge refills are 100% recyclable. Contact us at info@gluearts.com if you have any more questions regarding this.
  3. How do I fix a broken tape liner in my GlueGlider PRO or MAX?

  4. What do I do if my product is defective?
    If you have purchased a defective product we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us at info@gluearts.com or (866)889-4583 and we will give you specific instructions on how to return the defective product to us and we will send you a new product to replace the defective one.

    If you are a retailer/distributor you can set up an account by contacting us at info@gluearts.com or (866)889-4583. Please be sure to have your company name, contact information and Tax ID available.
  7. How can I get photos of products to use for marketing and editorial purposes?
    You can submit a written request for artwork to info@gluearts.com.
  8. How do I check my e-gift card balance?
    To check your e-gift card balance you must create an account when you use the card to purchase a product. Then after your first purchase, you can log into your account and view your balance. You must enter the 4 digit numeric code that came with your card/emailed authorization to get the balance.
